Parent volunteers are an important part of the program. We encourage parents to help with practices, concessions, student transportation, and cheering the teams!

Eligibility For Extracurricular Activities

A student may attend extracurricular activities if he or she meets the following guidelines:

1. A student must attend a full day of school in order to participate in any after-school activity that day. These activities include but are not limited to sporting events (as a player and as a spectator), athletic practices, dances, lock-ins, field trips, and after-school programs.

2. Grades, conduct, and effort are all considerations in determining the eligibility of a student who is participating in any extra-curricular activities.

3. A student must be doing well in all three areas (grades, conduct, and effort) to maintain his or her eligibility. In the event that a student is not performing at a level satisfactory to the teacher, a meeting will be held with the parent, teacher, and principal to determine the student's continued eligibility.
