Students are provided opportunities to participate in sports, band, and other extra curricular activities.

Recently, the school entered into a partnership with the Springfield Urban League to provide additional programs and instruction after school.

Additionally, a summer school program is offered to all children with conventional academic instruction in the morning and enrichment programming in the afternoon.
