Mission Statement

St. Patrick Catholic School is a faith-based environment that offers a rigorous academic curriculum focused on the student's present and future success.

I want to thank all the parents who entrust their children to us.
We value each child as our own.
We smile and they smile back
We know them by their first name.
We wipe their tears and calm their fears...okay that rhymed and it was not planned!
They bless us with their stories.
They bless us with their hugs.
They bless us with their germs.......we don't care!
They bless us everyday in so many ways!
Thank you for the gift of your children!

    Sincerely,

From the Whole staff at St. Pat's

Who are we?

For more than a century St. Patrick Catholic School has been carrying out its educational mission.  St. Patrick School was founded and funded by the parish of the same name in 1910.

Until 1996, the school was run by the Springfield Dominican Sisters.  Springfield's east side has change considerably since the founding of the St. Patrick Parish and School.  Due to changing east side demographics, the two neighborhood parishes of St. Patrick and Sacred Heart were combined into a newly formed St. Katherine Drexel Parish.

Through the teaching of a solid curriculum, state-of-the arty technologies and strong Christian values, St. Patrick School offers more than a century of quality educational and spiritual experiences to all of its students.
